İnterdonato: İnterdonato variety is an early crop which has fine and soft skin with minimum amount of seeds inside and is oval in shape in comparison to other lemon varieties.
Lamas: Lamas is a semi-hard lemon variety which has about 5 mm thich skin the fruit is long witch a cylinder-like structure and very juicy.
Mayer: Mayer is a variety that descends from chine and is an early crop . It has got its name from F.N. Meyer who registered it in the literature in 1908. It is a very juicy variety of lemon grown in Turkey’s Cukurova area since 1990’s , contains litte amount of acid with a  very thin and clear skin. It is a marvelous lemon variety that is grown in Sebtember, October and November. The delicate structure of this variety requires that the fruit is processed with extraordinarily perfect tecnology.
